Getting Started
How do I translate my first project?

To start, go to your Dashboard and click "New Project". Give your project a name, upload your source files (HTML, JSON, JSX, or TSX), and select your target language. Click "Translate" and our AI will process the files while preserving your code structure.

What languages do you support?

We support over 50+ major languages including English, Spanish, Hindi, French, German, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), and Japanese. All plans include access to our full language library.

What file types and frameworks are supported?

WebTranslator AI supports a wide range of frontend files:

  • Core: HTML (`.html`, `.htm`)
  • React/Next.js: JavaScript (`.js`, `.jsx`) and TypeScript (`.ts`, `.tsx`)
  • Data/Config: JSON (`.json`)

We preserve the structure of React components, Next.js apps, and static builds automatically.

How does the WordPress plugin work?

Every plan (including Free) comes with an API key. Simply install our WordPress plugin, enter your API key found in your dashboard, and you can translate posts and pages directly from your WP Admin area without coding.

Does it translate SEO content (Meta tags)?

Yes. Our AI translates HTML meta titles, descriptions, and alt attributes. For React/Next.js apps, it intelligently handles metadata inside Helmet or Head components while keeping the syntax intact.

Billing
Can I cancel or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. No additional payment is required for downgrades. Your current plan and limits will continue until the end of your billing period.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can view your complete payment history and past transactions directly from the Billing page in your account settings.

Is there a free plan available?

Yes. The Free plan includes 5 files (HTML or JSON) per month with a 5,000 character limit per request so you can test the quality of our Neural AI engine.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Technical & Code
Will the translation break my React/Next.js code?

No. Our engine is context-aware. It identifies text nodes while ignoring props, state, imports, and variables. Your code logic remains untouched.

Do you handle placeholders like {name}?

Yes. If you have string interpolation like Hello {name}, our AI protects the {name} variable and only translates "Hello", ensuring your app runs without errors in the target language.

I hit my file limit. How do I increase it?

If you have reached your monthly limit (e.g., 50 files on Starter), you’ll need to upgrade to a higher tier (Pro offers 200 files, Agency offers 1,000 files). Visit the Billing page to upgrade instantly.

My translation is taking too long. What should I do?

Most translations are completed within a few seconds. Larger files (Next.js apps or large JSON configs) may take up to 60 seconds. If it takes longer, please refresh the page. Pro and Agency plans get priority queue access for faster processing.

Security & Privacy
Is my proprietary code safe?

Yes. Your proprietary code is never shared publicly, sold, or used to train public models. We process files securely and only extract text for translation, leaving your logic private.

Do you store my uploaded files?

Files are stored temporarily to allow you to download the translated result. You can manually delete projects from your dashboard at any time to remove them from our servers immediately.
