5. Subscription Plans & Usage Limits

  • Each plan includes specific usage limits, such as file size, translation volume, or project limits.
  • Usage limits reset according to your billing cycle.
  • Exceeding plan limits may prevent further translations until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

6. Upgrades, Downgrades & Cancellation

Upgrades

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately. Any applicable charges will be displayed before confirmation.

Downgrades

  • You may downgrade your plan at any time.
  • Downgrades do not require additional payment.
  • Your current plan and limits remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • The downgraded plan is applied automatically on the next renewal.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.
  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.

7. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • We do not store your payment card details.
  • Billing history is available in your account’s Billing section.
  • Prices may change with prior notice.

8. Service Availability & Performance

We strive to provide a reliable service, but:

  • Translation times may vary depending on file size and complexity
  • Very large or complex files may take longer to process
  • Occasional downtime or maintenance may occur

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Translation Quality Disclaimer

WebTranslator AI uses automated systems to generate translations.

  • Translations are provided “as is”
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying translated content before use

10. Intellectual Property

  • WebTranslator AI and its software, branding, and content are owned by us
  • You retain ownership of the content you upload
  • By using the service, you grant us a limited right to process your content solely to provide the service

11. Data & Privacy

12. Termination
